TokuKit Buffer Pack

The TokuKit Buffer Pack is a bulk-format reagent product designed for customers who want to evaluate the TokuKit workflow on their own samples before committing to TokuKits for clinical trials. Standard TokuKits are packaged one-kit-per-sample to optimize for clinical-trial logistics, traceability, and chain-of-custody. That format is ideal for trials, but it is overbuilt for a customer running 10 to 100 internal feasibility samples in their own lab.

Each pack contains the same buffers used in standard TokuKits, packaged in Nalgene bottles — 56 mL of Buffer 1 and 160 mL of Buffer 2 — sized to the standard 1 : 1.4 : 4 ratio (blood : Buffer 1 : Buffer 2) at 2 mL of whole blood per test, for a total of 20 tests per pack. The pack is paired with the protocols, compatible antibody-clones list, and gating scheme reference a customer needs to generate (publishable) internal data.
